Just a beautiful store: clean and lovely displays. The staff made sure you found what you came for and talked with a smile and positive attitude. I could feel that I was the point of their job and not merely an interruption to their tasks. The displays were lovely and organized. Overall, a delightful experience. I was sorry that my purchase was made and it was time to leave this store!

They are nice employees and lots of things there look at, but when there are influxes of people there are never enough staff. So you're looking at a good wait to have an employee help you
This place is always clean. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Whenever I am looking for a specific book, they take me right to the spot. I have done buy online, pickup in store. It was super easy! I was able to be in and out in just a couple of minutes.
I'm thankful for the spirit which was there in Deseret Book. I'm glad I was able to get what I needed, and the staff were pleasant and very helpful.
