Just recently purchased a custom build from PC Laptops in American Fork. Had some initial communication problems with my order, which ended up having me with the wrong graphics card. Long story short Andrew was SO helpful and explained the mix up. I left satisfied, knowing that I will be taken care of, the moment a higher graphics card comes available. Appreciate how he went out of his way to explain everything to me as well with my new build. Will definitely be coming here for all my PC needs!!

I had a cracked chassis base on my laptop that I wanted them to fix. I worked with Adam. He informed me that I could save a lot of money by ordering the part myself and bringing it to them. I found it on eBay. I brought it to them and Brandon had it fixed within 3 hours. It looks brand new. Thanks so much.

As I like to pay for things with my iPhone, when reaching out of the car window to pay for some coffee, my depth perception was a little off and I hit the side of the window opening thus sending what I thought was a well protected phone hurling through the air and landing perfectly on its face. Well, as you can probably imagine, the glass was shattered - still in place, but shattered nonetheless. What to do? Where to go? The previous day, I had gone to our local tire shop to have the snow tires swapped out and remembered that there was a PC Laptops just next door. A quick internet search provided me with the details of what they were able to fix, as well as what it would cost. In a matter of 2 hours, I had new glass on the front of my iPhone and was back in business. Great service and they did not try and up-sell me on anything, like most electronic stores due. Highly recommended!

A superb location with superb service. I brought in my first custom-built rig for some cable management help; I had no idea how to properly do cable management since this was my first attempt at things. They took care of it in a matter of hours with an amazing deal. I truly felt that these guys cared for me and my product. After I installed a new keyboard, my HP Laptop didn't work, and messaged me that I was lacking a boot device. Since I remembered installing the hard drive, I thought I had broken its cable. Desperate for a computer, I checked PC Laptops' reviews and after reading a 5-star review about their GREAT SERVICE, written by Alice Osborne, a long time friend, I took it to their American Fork store. Entering the store, I was surprised to see several repair tables in an large room that allow people to watch closely while repairs take place. Hayden Pederson greeted and took me his repair table, starting on it immediately. Even while he worked at light-speed, he was willing and able to answer my questions clearly and completely. And after only a few minutes, he located the problem, fixed it and started running software that checks the overall health of the laptop. When finished, in only a few minutes, I asked how much I owed and was surprised to learn that they do diagnosis for free. Having worked in Silicon Valley for 30 years, I know a good shop when I see it, and it is PC Laptops. They do everything right -- short wait times, a friendly approach, and they are happy to help, even for free. In short, they are running the perfect repair shop! And, they fix Macs, Desktops, and Phones. Expect a great experience, and don't be surprised when they exceed expectations.

I had a laptop that the screen was broken. When they looked at it they couldn't fix it, so I decided to trade it in. They gave me money towards my new laptop by having me trade in my old one, which was about what I paid for it originally. I am very impressed with their customer service and their products.
