Good place to learn to fly. Been going here for years

Overall, it’s a good school. There are a few issues that I would like you all to know about. Scheduling...it’s difficult to get flights in, especially with the same instructor. Often you will find yourself flying with multiple flight instructors, which isn’t necessarily bad, but makes it a bit difficult because you don’t have the same level of student/instructor interaction as you would normally. Just make sure you stay on top of the schedule and reserve your dates and times at your earliest convenience. On a positive note, the instructors are great, and you will learn different things with each one. Be careful about paying for the package deal...if for whatever reason you have to leave the school, you can sell back your hours, but you will not get reimbursed. They tell you that, just be careful, specially if you’re in the military and close to a PCS.
Do not, under any circumstance, do business with, invest in, lease equipment to or have anything to do with this company or it's airplane training equivalent. Questionable business practices and financial shell games. The staff (receptionists, pilots mechanics) aren't the problem.
I've been attending this flight center since January working towards my PPL (Private Pilots License) sponsored through CCBC (Community College of Baltimore County) and will finish up getting my CFII (Certified Flight Instructor Instruments). I have to say I love this flight center as the owners (Kevin and Ann) are fantastic, their customer service is top-notch, and all the instructors that I have dealt with (Allegra, Lucas, Josh, and Michael) who have all had a hand in training me in the Robinson R-44 Raven II are extremely phenomenal. I've been asked by friends on the best flight center in the area and I always tend to point them to American Helicopters and Aviation.
