I have had good experiences here with my CPAP needs. In fact, my machine failed last night under warranty and AHP got me a new machine on very short notice.

Just wanted people to be aware. Even though oxygen was needed for one week in October and one week in November, AHP will bill you for a full months usage in October and November. Doesn’t seem right to me. Billed for 8 weeks when only used for 2 weeks
I have had great experience with AHP esp. Brandie she is the greatest she always bends over backwards to get what I need for my CPAP supplies and anything goes wrongs she there to fix it always. Thank you so much for your great business and great business relationship with me.
I was not looking forward to any CPAP after being diagnosed with sleep apnea. The doctor told me that AHP-HMR was trustworthy and reliable so that's where I went. Needless to say, an intro to the unit was not something I wanted nor was I looking forward to its use. Lindsay met me at the door and during our meeting led me through the orientation process in the use of the CPAP. Her explanations were clear and concise and she knew the ins and outs of the machine. I felt she truly cared about me and was interested in my success in using the unit. The machine has been a godsend as I am now sleeping soundly. Lindsay has followed up with me and was interested in fielding questions or concerns. I could not be more satisfied with the orientation given and the machine itself. Thank you Lindsay and AHP-HMR.
I have been getting my C-PAP supplies from AHP-MHR in Lincoln, NE for many years. I have been very happy with my service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are willing to answer any questions that I may have. Love doing business with them.
I only went to pick up a machine. Was apprehensive before I even called (because of other reviews). But, the person I called and talked to twice, was very nice and the person who brought the equipment to my car, was nice and made sure I understood how to use everything. I don’t have to use them for ongoing supplies, but this interaction with them, was a pleasant one.
I had my cpap supplies set to automatically send to me every 6 months and automatic payments. I keep getting past due bills and have to redo my automatic payment every time. The last few times they sent supplies, it was only a couple items and not the 6 month supply I was promised. Rude staff and horrible customer service. Switching supplier as soon as possible.
Just wanted to share a positive review. I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews. I showed up for my appointment on time and was seen right away. Front desk greeted me when I came in to the office. The person providing me with the CPAP was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They let me try on different masks until I found one I was comfortable in. At no point did they make me feel like they just wanted to get me something to complete the billing process. 10 month rent to own on the machine gave comparable price to buying machine online. I will update the review as needed as I have not had to complete and order for materials yet. Just wanted to leave something positive as I have worked in customer facing jobs in the past and the positive experiences are always under reported.
