The need negative stars they delivered somewhere they never should have and did not talk to anyone in charge and had a guest pay for ice that never should have been there. Horrible Horrible DO NOT USE, USE ANYONE ELSE THEY ARE THEY SAME PRICE AS BIGGER COMPANIES. If you go with another company you wont be treated with an attitude over the phone. I never confirmed them to deliver and they are saying I did. Just because you have never made this mistake before doesn't mean you didn't make it this time. They ripped off a bride and groom on their wedding day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
