Aaron and the crew did a fantastic job with my project. We had them design and install new landscaping around our home and install new stone steps to one entrance. Both projects were total transformations and exceeded my expectations. I love the steps and trusted their judgment on what to do here. The result was so much better than I imagined and I thank the crew every time I use them. Regarding the beds, they took great care to not damage the yard as they worked and did a great job installing the plants. Excellent customer service overall. Thank you to the team at American Landscape and Lawn Science.

I lost my entire lawn this year mostly to grubs. After 18 years of \I can do it myself\, I finally called American Landscape and Lawn Science. These two pictures are about 45 days apart. The first one is the day after they slice seeded and fertilized. Almost December and the lawn is just as green.

Poor customer service and shady work. Prepaid for the 5 step process this season after seeing they were slightly less expensive than TrueGreen. Don't let the few good reviews fool you. I worked from home due to COVID and finally watched them \apply\ the last treatment. The girl did one pass around the circumference of my back yard and nothing else. I went out after she left thinking the machine had a wide spread....no such luck. I called LawnScience and spoke to Meghan to ask nicely if she can reschedule the treatment for the spots she missed. After a short while, Meghan called back saying she spoke with the tech and if I had taken the time to walk outside I would see there are pellets. I explained half my yard and the lower lot was missed but Meghan said there's nothing they can do and it's my last treatment anyways. I'm sure this is a common complaint as she seemed pretty comfortable telling me I'm SOL. Unbelievable...I will pay the extra for ANYONE else to service my lawn and never allow this scam of a company back.

After I wrote this angry review I called the office and asked to speak to Steve. He was out of the office until today so I left a message asking for a return call. Steve called me back this morning, we talked about the issues, I apologized for the review and explained that I am extremely happy with the condition of our lawn and hope to continue doing business with him. I’ve had Lawn Science for the past few years and was so happy with my lawn that I’ve also paid to have my mother’s yard done as well. I’m not sure what changed this year but something isn’t working. Every time I receive notification of their service I have to call to find out which property is scheduled, once this past summer my mother’s yard was scheduled and they treated her neighbors yard instead. This year I mistakenly took their “professional” opinion regarding lime, I believe the deadline was sometime back in August. My charge card was charged, also back in August, one month later I received a bill for Lime. I had to call in again and was told “Oh yeah, those went out by mistake, you’re all set”. Last Thursday I received my last treatment for the year, they ask you to keep your gates unlocked and pets in the house, but they don’t tell you when they’re coming. They were at the house before 8AM and of course my dog was out. On Friday I was scheduled for my HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Lime application so I kept the dog inside and worked on getting my yard leaf free for 4 hours. When nobody showed up by 1:30PM I called Meg and was told “Oh they’ll be there”. At 4:00 I called back and was told “our guy had a family emergency, we’ll have to reschedule “. That’s when I had enough, I said “credit my account”. Monday I got a call from Chris stating he had someone available now to apply my Lime. Gee, I thought I was the customer but he was so rude customer service isn’t something they practice! They lost 2 accounts today! Seems as though the credit doesn’t happen as quick as the charge either

Chris and his team are the best! They will get your lawn to its fullest potential. If you need to put up privacy trees, re-sod, take care of bugs, they do it all and more and for a fair price. This is not a run of a mill company like so many others out there. They have been in the business since the early 80's and have a very knowledgeable staff. Give them a call; you'll be pleased with the results!
