We left our vehicle here during a two week travel. The price is cheaper then leaving your vehicle in the long term parking at the airport. Everyone was friendly, speedy, and considerate. When we arrived back to SYR and collected our bags, we notified the company that we were ready and the bus arrived within in five minutes. They had our car pulled under the carport with the back open ready for loading and the air conditioning running to cool the car. It was a great jester.

We are greatly upset on the decision to stop providing this service with no notification on your web site or any where else. Here we are in the middle of a snow storm in NY and only find out that we will have to park outside in Long term parking at the airport. Your no-notice action especially during the holidays, will prompt me to make a negative comment on Google web sites on your business and elsewhere. There was nothing on the web site or otherwise as to this action. I found out only after getting there that the service was cancelled after Monday the Dec 18th 2017.
The shuttle service was convenient and I would recommend this. However, the service department is dreadful! 1 month after an oil change I needed more windshield washer fluid. When I opened the hood, the oil cap was missing! Mistakes happen so I called the service manager to discuss. I'd expect a new cap and a free oil change to get rid of any debris that may have contaminated the oil tank. Sadly, no reply!!!! I'm very disappointed in the lack of response from the company/manager!!!! Very poor customer service!
very pleasant experience. I would use their service again and recommend it to everyone! Very convenient and close to the airport!
Great company. Reasonable rates, courteous service, shuttle was quick etc. It snowed many times while were gone the car was cleared, warmed up and ready when we arrived. I was ready to go as soon as I put the luggage in (which the shuttle driver brought right to my car). Even the telephone dispatcher was professional.
They stopped offering park n ride derive and didn’t tell us loyal customers!
This place is a complete joke, do not do business here my rental car broke down and they didn't help me til the next day, all employees I talk to had attitudes expecially they owner. I highly recommend not going here
Perfect place to park your car for trips out of Syracuse...cheap, quick, easy.
