Worst company I have dealt with in my 60 years. I do not really understand how they are still in business. I should have read other reviews. I have been promised deliveries 3 times now, been expedited, waited over 10 hours in my 3 weeks of trying to get my tank refilled. I started with them about 2 years ago and keep thinking it will get better. It just gets worse, and I did not think that was possible. Called Suburban Propane and talked to someone in 5 minutes and they will have a new tank in 2 days.

Buyer Beware!!! Amerigas now handles local customers at a regional office. I called and set up delivery of 50 gallons. I have never paid more than 3.00 a gallon. They decided to charge me 3.50 a gallon and billed me for 99 gallons. They only delivered 60 gallons. I have called multiple times to get this issue resolved. The customer service reps just laugh at me and say we'll have a manager call you back. No call backs no resolution. I had to pay 409. for 60 gallons of gas. Don't do business with Amerigas. Companies like this make it hard for ethical comnpanies to do business.

000000 stars! The worst company to deal with. They are impossible to get on the phone, always at least 1 hour wait. they NEVER do what they say they are going to do. I have probably spent 10 hours on the phone trying to get them to paint there rusted over tank that we are leasing, and another 6 hours over a couple weeks, trying to get them to deliver propane to our cabin before we sold it. I had to finally give up, no one you talk to knows what they are talking about or a reason why I never got a delivery after over and over again being told it would be there.

Maybe if your gonna be closed from the 15th to the 19th you put it out to the public. Not a 3rd grader drawing on your door in pink crayon! Thanks but no thanks. Not coming back here again.

000000stars! We have a cabin that is not accessible by except by snowmobile/RV in the winter --- which is now! I have had a delivery scheduled with Amerigas for over a month but they have not filled my tank. I have tried to call and am currently on hold .... wait time is 121 minutes! How is this acceptable. Can I sue Amerigas when my water lines freeze this winter because we have no heat!!! You bet I can!!

Can you put 0 stars? Needed to call the Salt Lake office and follow up FOUR times before getting someone to respond. The gentleman that checked my tank and line - I was with him for the entire 7 min. he was at my house - said everything looked fine except that the copper hose had a bit of wear from the lid rubbing against it and that the tank itself needed to be lifted off the ground. My understanding was that they might require a new hose, but everything else looked fine. When I received a write-up of the work assessed, there were over 500 worth of items that needed to be replaced or maintained, including a vent-away kit and new regulator. So, to fill a propane tank that feeds a back-up generator that has been used every week for the past 15 years with Amerigas I was looking at over 500 worth of charges BEFORE an ounce of propane would be exchanged.
