Could not keep delivery commitments, kept pushing out dates by weeks without acceptable reasons so that we missed the season with our project - even though we paid a deposit almost 6 months ago. Did not proactively keep us informed on delays, very slow response to our email inquiries. Suggest you get delivery commitments in writing. Nice lady, bad businessperson.
