I'm going to tell you he is the owner in his 70s and needs to retire. Tried telling him that tonight when I was treated the same way. But we are business owners hes got to come to grips that times are different now.

The owner was not welcoming or happy to serve me. The smell and condition of the store is atrocious. He is old and obviously tired of serving the community and should sale.

I thought it would be special to visit this store since I haven’t been here since I was a kid. My boyfriend and I were literally shooed out of the basement like dogs by a rude old man. I was going to buy fish and a new tank to support a local business but not here now. I hope this isn’t the business owner, if so he should be ashamed of his behavior.

I don’t know if the old guy working here is an employee or the owner, but he is super rude and was literally yelling at me and told me to leave for going downstairs to look at the fish with another person (I guess only 1 person at a time is allowed..) he could’ve told me in a civil way without throwing a tantrum. I just apologized and left without saying anything else.. he got so escalated, he actually scared me.
