I got sesame chicken with a spring roll since I've had their garlic chicken before so decided to try this one. I gotta say I love spicy dishes so I would probably not go for sesame chicken again because it was more on the sweet side. Glad I could satisfy my Chinese food cravings, ordered through door dash. The food was steaming hot and came on time, I love their food.

We really have to thank Crystal for feeding us during the past year while we were in Buffalo, especially during the COVID shutdown when the Chinese market went offline for a few weeks. Crystal has a large menu with plenty of American Chinese and Traditional Chinese dishes to choose from. The most important factor for us when choosing a Chinese restaurant is the use of MSG, and we're happy to report that Crystal does not use MSG in their cooking (even in the soups). We always order our food to go, so we can't really comment on the dine-in service, but the brief interactions that we did have with the staff during food pickup have all been positive. The restaurant itself is cozy and clean, unlike some other Chinese joints where you may slip from all the grease on the floor.
like many of you in the buffalo area, i was heartbroken when Tokyo Shanghi Bistro began its slow but violent descent into chinese takeout hell. i've spent years searching for something that even could begin to compare to what once lit such a fire in my soul on a weekly basis. well, friends, as i stand before you - dare I say Crystal Asian Cusine was even better than I could've hoped for. when you lose your first love, there's something sadly beautiful about how it will always have a part of you, and you a part of it. but as you age and experience new things, you realize that the hole it felt like you'd never climb out of has become some sort of platform in which you stand upon to proudly display the ways you've been hurt, and how far you've come with what you now have to offer the world. what was once a sad, empty shell of a man has become someone worthy to give and receive love in the form of an egg roll. That's what this feels like. above & beyond customer service. delicious food. can't lose.
One of the best Chinese food I had recently. Will go again specially for their dumplings. My friends loved their vegetable lomein too. Awesome inter and good ambience.
This was our first visit. What a fabulous little restaurant in a very unexpected location! Although we were the only customers dining in, the door was flooded with a continuous flow of take out orders. The service was friendly and attentive, the environment was relaxed and very clean, but the best part was the scrumptious food!! It was easy to discern that the food was prepared fresh! Fresh vegetables, meat cooked perfectly, not at all “salty”, the rice was fluffy rather than a sticky clump, and the extra touches of hospitality show this restaurateur really cares! A complimentary pot of hot tea for the table to share, crispy nosh while you wait on your meal, fresh orange slices and fortune cookies with your check... all added up to a very unexpected, yet delightful and affordable dining experience!!! We are already looking forward to returning!
