We made an appointment a few days ahead of time to prevent us from standing around. We initially booked for 1:30, but called back and tried to book earlier. Was told they were double booked at 12 but opened at 10:30 and had nothing booked until 12. We booked for 11am. We showed up a couple minutes early to the store being packed. We stood there for 45-50 minutes with no one acknowledging us. My Fiancé was very aggravated as was I. We left and walked right over to Men's Wearhouse (who was also busy) and were instantly greeted and directed to someone who was told to help us next as soon as they were done. Multiple times as we were waiting someone came over and reassured us we were up next. Ended up booking our wedding attire with them. This wasn't only us, as another couple standing with us at tuxedo junction followed us over to Men's Wearhouse. Do not book an appointment if you are not going to be ready to help your guest that made an appointment with you.

My fiancé and I came in recently to rent tuxes for our wedding, and our experience was wonderful. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. Joshua and John both went out of their way to help us figure out what we liked and worked with our budget. Great service and great experience!

Great service. We came in the store from out of town the day before the wedding. 8 year old son’s pants and shoes did not fit and needed to be have new pants/shoes by next morning. The gentleman assisting us, John, was very professional and ensured us he could get us what we needed in time and did not disappoint. He did a great job communicating and solving problems. Would definitely recommend.

We've rented tuxedos from them for years. Weddings, galas, etc. Just decided to buy one from them and that was a great investment. Tony & John are fabulous. Thanks for taking such great care of us for so many years. Sadly, since we purchased this one, you'll be seeing less of us.

AWFUL experience- ordered a prom tuxedo sent my son to pick it up, jacket was too small - he was told to unbutton it and sent home. When he came down dressed and I saw it, I tried to hide my displeasure and I immediately called this was totally unacceptable. I received a phone call from a manager the next day who told me, I’m sorry but at this point there is nothing we can do. Seriously it was 206 to rent the tux for 1 night and it didn’t fit. I think when you spend that amount of money you should be given professional service- which includes a garment that fits correctly. I would like to tell everyone to BEWARE

The messed up our wedding order. Poor response to fixing it. Helen is a joke and should be fired immediately. She is rude and doesnt listen. The children working there have no idea how to speak to anyone. Shameful.
