I've been living here for a short time, but familiar with this complex for over a year. They have a wonderful crew of maintenance workers and guys who keep up with the outside work as well. My car was buried with the recent blast of snow that fell this month. Jeremy and Ben were incredibly kind with shoveling my car out of the spot. It wasn't easy and took some time as well. A big THANK YOU to Jeremy and Ben! You guys deserve a raise!

Been here since April 10th so 7 months , we think everything is awesome ! No problem at all . We live on the 3 rd floor. For animals and still have no problems with neighbors or anything .

Nice quiet apartment homes. Great location. Great neighbors. Friendly environment. Great staff. Almost everything is perfect except for the Spiders. I hope you like spiders, because you have to get used to them. The reason why these apartment homes have so many spiders and constant insects is because they tear up the carpet and put in new carpet every time someone moves out. That's very nice, but it causes problems. Because they do that so often, the carpeting is not professionally and carefully placed back together. This often leaves plenty of space for insects that were living in your walls to come crawling out. I finally solved the spider problem to make up for the poor job the carpeting team did. I took packing tape and put it all along the area between the carpeting and the wall. I did this for my entire bedroom and this solved the problem.

I am happy to call this place my home. The management is very professional, they take good care of the service request raised, property management, landscaping and maintaining hygiene and sanitation for common areas. I have been living here since 6 months and have not had any nosy neighbors or any complaints in general. If you are looking for an apartment, renting here at AMLI (seven bridges) can put an end to your search :)

I give Amli 2-3 stars after being a resident here for 1 1/2 years. The biggest problem for me is the noise in the building itself. I have a shared wall and can hear everything going on in my neighbor's apartment. Literally can hear their phone calls, dishes, cabinets...everything. The door slams are so loud when I'm in my living room it shakes the rail-thin walls and makes us jump. For the huge price tag (check online and then add about 150 on top), I can't recommend it. Unless you really enjoy hearing your neighbors intimate conversations (which of course means they can hear yours) and enjoy loud banging every 45-60 minutes all evening long, be wary of where you sign. The 3 stars is strictly for the front office and maintenance, they're good people honestly. But I can't enjoy living here with the constant noise and will very likely not renew.
