AMLI Parkside is an excellent community to live in. Steps away from a park, the Beltline, grocery stores and restaurants; the location is unbeatable. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Maintenance is professional, quick, and kind. While Covid-19 changed the way the world works, the staff at AMLI Parkside has worked hard to maintain that personable touch. I absolutely love living here!

Can’t thank the AMLI emergency maintenance crew enough for their support. Had an emergency pop up late on a Friday night and after getting my message, they were at my apartment in less than a half an hour. Great crew that is focused on quality service, their head of service even gave a follow up call afterward to make sure we were taken care of.
This was a fantastic apartment in a fantastic area! I lived here for just 9 months after just moving down to Atlanta from Chicago and this was a great place to lay my head until I bought a place. All of the maintenance and admin staff were great and always would take care of you, and Trig (Maintenance Manager, not sure specific title) was the absolute best and would do anything to help you out!. Grounds were taken care of we and it was very safe. Apartments are a bit older in terms of age and design from the other buildings around, but the prices reflect that and you get great amenities, so I'd call that a pretty good deal. Also, great neighbors and community events when there isn't a pandemic. The only thing I'll mention is that the leases are iron-clad and Amli will not budge an inch. No matter the circumstance, you will be held to the lease terms, pandemic included. If you want to break the lease for any reason at all, it will hold, and they can close amenities (for repair or pandemic) as those technically aren't part of the lease. But these are things you'll get with any apartment community and lease so it's not really out of line. If that's not for you, buy real estate.
I had a wonderful experience living at AMLI Parkside for almost three years. The management and maintenance teams were exceptional; they were always very friendly and responsive. The location was perfect -- minutes from the Beltline and downtown. Would highly recommend!
This is a building that houses your quintessential tiny trashcan units and disguises itself as a “luxury apartment complex” so they can attempt to price gouge you. Don’t fall for their scam and become another one of their victims.
