I was pleasantly surprised at how streamlined, fast and efficient things went at the leasing office. Jeanine Meagan AMAZING!!! All emailed documents were received and promptly processed. Toscana is beautifully maintained and quiet. Every day feels like we’re vacationing and staying in an exotic Airbnb. Even the maintenance team is pleasant and greet you when passing.

An excellent location, in which from Davie Road a mile is 95. The apartments have three bedrooms on the second floor. There is a space behind the kitchen to have a BBQ. The finishes in restrooms have a high standard compared to the price of the place. Externally ample space to park several vehicles. Wide green areas, with a pool in excellent maintenance. Additional a good gym complement the extras.
The best place to live in Broward. My family and I love it here. Management does an excellent job. Thank you for taking such good care of us. Management and the office staff are always attentive and very professional. We love our home.
This place is beautiful, well maintained and the management staff is superb. The community manager is outstanding and makes sure everything is running smooth. They keep us informed all the time and we love the food trucks that come in. It really feels like home here and I recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to call home in Broward.
Hi, I've been in Amli just for two months and the service has been great!!! Leah and Julie the manager have been resolving any issue we experienced quickly and a professional way. I've been in places where before you sign the contract they are super nice and offer you everything but as soon as you moved they never reply you back. Apartment and amenities are very nice.
