Yoga London is a great yoga studio in Idaho Falls, conveniently located, and clean. The variety of classes is excellent and the instructors are phenomenal, especially Misti. Misti provides the best yoga experience I've ever had, as her classes are always challenging yet calming, smooth, clear, and suited for all levels. Misti definitely has a gift for teaching yoga - she's the best (and a really nice, humble person)!

I came to Idaho Falls for 3 weeks for the holiday season to be with family and decided while I was here to see if there were any yoga studios near by to help me continue to deepen my own practice and have a space to go to pause and collect (because home for the holidays with family is fun but can be stressful). I attended different yoga sessions almost every day during my time in Idaho Falls. This studio was a 5 minute drive from my parents house and I loved my time here. The yoga instructors (Misti, Nicole, Ty, and Anna) are fun and knowledgeable yogis who are adept at leading beginners and more advanced people in the same class. The heated vinyasa flows were exactly what my body, heart, and mind needed. This is my new yoga studio away from home! Thank you for providing a great studio and service! Namaste!
Justina's yoga class is the perfect blend of stretching, strengthening and relaxation. Being able to take her class over Zoom is a JOY. She will guide you through a series of yoga postures with kindness, support and grace. You will leave class feeling lighter, calmer and in a better mood. I highly recommend taking her classes either via Zoom or in person (when possible). You won't regret it, I promise \u003c3
A great team definitely trying to make a difference in town - from front desk customer service experience through to the instructors, classes, both in studio and live streaming. Everyone wants to help you. Great location as well, across the car park from Chick-fil-a on Hitt Road.
We have been taking the hot yoga and the yoga sculpt. Misti has been the teacher. Such a fantastic teacher. I feel shaky tired, stretched and so grounded after the class. Also, thank you so much to the founders for bringing this to Idaho Falls!
