Friendly but when the sales person came to my home he seemed not interested. Tried to scare me off like saying oh we won't be able to do this until Sept. Which was fine, I understand it takes planning. I am a contractor myself. Thus maybe since he threw out a number and my father said thats expensive. 20 grand. But he didn't even want to say well if we do this or this.... it could change the verbal estimate. Nope not a word he gave me a brochure and said thank you. Wow .... don't want to go here but I will. IS IT BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF OUR SKIN? He thinks since we are dark, we don't have money or he doesn't take us serous? That being said. They lost our business!

I stopped in with my cloudy water- they tested it, went over the results and didn’t try to sell me anything. The staff was friendly, diligent and patient with my questions.
Used them for the 1st and last time this year. Just bought a house and never had a pool before.They came and did what they were supposed to do but when I called to ask a question about why my skimmer wasnt working (i later found out that the valve was closed). Also asked for quote on a safety cover and solar cover they never called back.
The techs that came out to get our pool up and running were great, very helpful and professional. Our pool was a big job (looked like it hadn’t been opened in years and there was a little tree growing through the liner) but they got it so clean and new looking! My husband and I don’t know much about caring for pools but they answered all my questions and I feel comfortable going to them with any new questions.
After calling three pool companies; all of them located right here on the shoreline, (my calls began back in April), I finally called Juliano's Pools. I wish I had called them first!! Unfortunately, three of the four that I chose to give my business to fell through for various reasons. They either never showed up, showed up but never followed up with a quote, or did damage to my liner and never mentioned it and left. Then that same company, that damaged my liner, sent an email asking me to sign a waiver to remove all liability from them in case they were to tear my liner. (Needless to say, I won't be signing anything). This resulted in me calling a fourth company, Juliano's Pools. I'll say it again... I wish I had called them from the start. They were were at my house two days after I called. They called the night before to confirm the appointment and to provide a window of when they be here. The call came from a person, not an automated service. They fixed the section that needed to be fixed. No waiver! Great customer service (which is HUGE)! If you're unhappy with your pool company, or you're just starting out like me, I highly recommend JULIANO'S POOL COMPANY!!! Very satisfied customer!!!
