Fantastic store with a wonderfully friendly staff. Their pen selection is great along with a plethora of paper and office/desk supported accents. Of course they can't match all internet prices but with their expertise and service it is an honor to spend our money here.

This shop is well-stocked with gifts and cards in a pinch. But don't expect any great deals except perhaps after a big holiday.
So sad it is permanently close
Incompetent staff who have empty boxes on the shelves that they don't inform you about until you realize it when you get home and have to trek back to get it replaced. This has happened to me with Christmas ornaments twice, once here and once in Montreal and seems to be something intrinsic to Hallmark. This is a terrible way to run a business and is incredibly annoying to tourists who are here only for a limited time. If you do buy anything from here make sure you check the boxes actually contain your purchases.
