I initially reached out to this group for some work involving customized laser engraving on hydro-flask units. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their quality of work and turnaround time. Raj, specifically, was able to offer key insights into engraving techniques, generate multiple sketches up to par with my expectations and liking, and execute the engraving task on the spot, all at a reasonable cost. Despite the limited personnel on site due to the lock down, he managed to exceed all expectations and delivered the final product within the same day. Thanks again!

I make very small seasonal orders, but Raj always treats them as though they are the most important order in his tanks. He offers good advice to better what I do and is also a very nice guy.
This place is amazing and the people are amazing! They work with your designs and have a fast turnaround. They are also very reasonable with cost and cognizant of budgets. :D
The quality is far from good. I had them cut a gear on the top of the picture. Observe how much thinner the teeth are compared to the normal gear at the bottom. Also the exit of the Waterjet left a different shape than the entry. That is a sign that they cut too fast. The price was good and the turnaround was three days. Still no excuse for bad quality. Their customer service needs some work also. When you enter the office a couple of guys frown at you. Do not expect a “ good morning how can I help you?” You’ll have the feeling you’re bothering them. I would not repeat.
My go to place for anything waterjet because of great customer service. They always go above and beyond and pricing is quite fair in my personal opinion. Would love to keep these guys as my best kept secret, but I guess I can't be too selfish.
