I do understand they are under strick guidelines with Covid but I felt concerned you wait outside fir someone to come and get your fur baby meanwhile you remain outside.. when they bring your fur baby back outside after the apportionment they just call your name no ID is check so basically anyone can walk up and say it's thier pet... I felt very uneasy leaving my out with strangers for our first visit here and no being able to comfort and more uneasy when someone else can walk up and claim your pet a number or something should be given to match you with your pet..

The only thing ok about this place is the price. But if your willing to wait 1.5-2 hours for a 10 min appointment cheers to you. They always suggest walk in instead of appointments if its not serious, and then when you get there you wait hours! I even keep tabs of the people before me and sometime they seem to accidentally get people after me....wtv...done with this place.
