Amazing group of people over at Assured Audio Visual. Our company uses their services for all our technical issues and they are very accommodating if you need them to come off site to an event or meeting space. Susan over at the office is amazing at communicating and reaching back to be sure you are satisfied with their services. Also Tony and all the other technicians are skilled at what they do and does a great job to explain the problem, what they did to resolve the issue, and give honest recommendations on the best cost effective option moving forward. Definitely give them a call for any of your technical issues, you will definitely be satisfied with their services.

Bridezilla Events

I referred my clients to Assured AV for their wedding at Carondelet House in Los Angeles this past October and Tony and Susan were wonderful to work with. Tony did a fantastic job following up with me, confirming the order, and being prompt with delivery and set-up which is imperative when it comes to the logistics of a wedding. There were wonderful communication and professionalism from the beginning. I will definitely be referring Assured AV to future clients, and my industry professionals.

On a Tuesday I called Assured Audio (formerly Related Visual) and Susan helped me reserve speaker stands for an audio system we were going to use at our Saturday event. I picked them up Friday mid-day from Tony and Keith, both very helpful. On that same Friday night, just before 8pm, I found out that the LCD projector we had planned to borrow was no longer available. That projector was key to our event, as we planned to show a video and also play a powerpoint file of photos. After praying and asking God to provide a projector for us, I checked Assured Audio's website and it indicated they had projectors. Some other website indicated they were open on Saturday (turns out they're not open on Saturday, but do help out on Saturday in emergencies), so I planned to show up at their office the next morning, hoping to rent a projector just hours before our 11:30am event. Also, just before 9pm that Friday night, I also decided to send an email to Assured Audio, just in case someone might happen to look at their email (on a Friday night ... who does that?). Less than a half hour later, Susan emailed and texted me to see if she could help. By 9:30pm that night, she had reserved a projector for me, and arranged for Keith to meet me at their office at 10am the next morning to hand off the projector. I met Keith at 10am Saturday morning; he demonstrated and explained the projector to me, made sure I had the cables I needed, and by 10:45am I was setting up the projector at our event. Susan, Keith and Tony - you all were wonderful to work with. Thank you so very, very much!! I heartily recommend you folks.

I received a panicked call from our marketing/events team that our AV supplier ditched us at the last minute, so I was asked to find someone with 48hrs notice to put up gear for a live music act. Monty picked up the phone right away and was immediately helpful and very knowledgable. Some parts of our list were vague and Monty knew exactly what the musician would have wanted. The day of the actual event, Monty was there early and ready to get set up. He spent time on the phone with our artist going over some last minute details like which mix he wanted to hear through his monitor. The event was perfect. We had fans cheering and singing along and the sound system was perfect for the size of the venue we were in. When all was said and done, Monty cleaned up the gear and received compliments from our hosts and the musicians. Needless to say, I am happy that our original team ducked out last minute, because now we have a go-to company for our needs. Thank you Assured AudioVisual team!
