Okay I want to start off by saying I’m from Bolivia. I just got back from there less than 2 weeks from the day of this posting. I had one of my favorite dishes called silpancho which I personally thought that wouldn’t be too hard to mess up. But somehow they did. Honestly the best thing about this place food wise, is their Inca cola and bread. I didn’t have another plate because I could barely ate the plate I had. I heard the owner is from Bolivia, and if he/she ever reads this I would like to know why you chose that meat to cook with because it was honestly God awful. My parents wanted to go here hence why I went and even they agreed it isn’t good. So if 3 Bolivians say it doesn’t taste like Bolivian food, or that it’s even good, I would say don’t go here.

Literally OBSESSED. I am Bolivian and I haven’t had a salteña since I went to Bolivia for a mini vacation a few years ago. Before then I used to get them in my hometown in New Jersey from a Bolivian lady. These salteñas are the real deal and the BEST that you will find around in the California area. Definitely fulfills my craving! My favorite are the chicken salteñas but both chicken and steak are amazing I live an hour away and I always make the drive here because they are THAT good. I’ve had la rancherita salteñas and they are good but they don’t compare to Beba’s in flavor and also because they do not offer chicken salteñas, only beef. Also Beba’s salteñas come with a bomb salsita!! Today, I also picked up a la carte, picantè de pollo that comes with arroz, chuño and su salsita and it was bomb! My boyfriend is Mexican and he is obsessed now Sorry for the long review ya’ll but I HAD to let you guys know. I rate these 9/10 Keep doing your thing Beba’s!!!
Pretty good food. Milanesa, fries, rice and side salad with Maracuya drink is what I had. Clean environment, presentable, & kind people.
