The place is a very clean and great shelter to be at. The food is good for most days and most meals. Sometimes it can be too starchy or just not have much flavor. You get a mailing address and you get a storage container plus some space (small space) near your bunk bed. The place is cleaned and fully stocked everyday. Showers are warm and the atmosphere is usually pretty good. You get a case manager and other staff to help you if you’re willing to stay with the program within less than as years to get housing on your own for low income. It is free and you can’t complain when they offer so much to us for free. The site leads and navigators are here to help and follow orders from higher level county and state government requirements. If you’re nice and don’t cause problems then things will be good.

I tried calling to ask about clothing donations. The directory told me to press 3 for clothing donations, then said \ 3 is an invalid entry\ i tried multiple times. Then I tried each number in the menu options and they all came out invalid. It was just stuck on the menu. No way to get a hold of someone at 11 am. Good thing i wasnt calling to ask for shelter. It bothers me that a place that is supposed to help people is seemingly inaccessible .
