BV Tile and stone came through for the second time. 2 years ago they helped me remodel my house completely. This year we wanted to update our outdoor living space and trusted BV to make it possible. Benny was extremely helpful in helping us choose the right tiles for the right application. He was extremely competitive and delivered our materials on time on point. BV worked with our contractor to make sure that the installation process was done correctly and up to code. Finished product looks amazing and we were able to do it within the budget. Thank you Benny once again.

WARNING - Zero stars, strongly advise not to solicit. Received many broken tiles after placing a large order. Everything is well documented (e.g. pics, emails, texts, ...). Reported broken tiles and submitted claim, as instructed, for complete refund or replacement. After 1 years of excuses, BV declined to replace the broken tiles. This must be their business strategy (model) to delay then do not pay or follow through. Their word means nothing. Learn from others misfortune, stay well away. DO NOT SUPPORT.
