Nice, the sandal dish was great. Have not had this dish in many years. the cook let me watch her fold the beans into the tortilla as she pressed the masa. 100% a goto place
Big portions of food. Really good cemitas. Might not look like it from outside, but one of the best places for home made food. It says market on the outside but it's more a small restaurant than market. You can tell its not fast food style at all. Always has people at the tables eating.
If the manager saw this he would not be happy I’ve worked at a restaurant before and the best advice I can give you is make sure the kitchen looks presentable ! This is unacceptable, also preparing the food without gloves seems very unsanitary, again this is experience from working in the kitchen don’t take it from me but it’s in the food handlers certificate , the food wasn’t bad but please make sure that the torta has lettuce that looks presentable not browning again I’m paying for the item , the tacos dorados seem like over cooked again not bad but these are things that a business needs to improve the kitchen
