Joel and George did a great job at adding new life to our front door. Looks sleek and modern now without having to pay thousands of dollars for a new door. I was actually amazed how professional of a job they did. It exceeded my expectations. The trim that was used matched our door making it look as if the window has always been in place. George even went out of his way to sweep up all the leaves in front of our door due to the winds. I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.

I was moving heavy bookcase with a glass front. It tipped and fell breaking the special glass on one of the doors. I called several glass shops and was told they were unable to help me since there was a lead design. I stumbled upon First Class Doors & Windows by pure chance(last chance). Joel had me send photos of my bookcase. Responded within same day. Extremely courteous and responsive. Explained it was hand made german glass, was willing to repair and offered to create a new lead design. Fortunately, Joel explained it was a overlay and could reuse it. Within a few days the repair was complete. The door was perfect and matched my other door. I highly recommend Joel if you ever wish to have stain glass created or repaired. Great business etiquette!

Top marks for Joel and First Class Custom Doors and Windows. I had a front door with a large oval beveled-glass panel that was damaged and had become a security risk. I thought I'd have to replace the whole door (replacing the door would have cost 2,500 at minimum) but saw First Class Custom Doors and Windows' website offering replacement glass panels. I called Joel. He came when he said he would. He showed me options and told me what they'd cost - VERY reasonable, especially when contrasted with the cost of replacing the door. He answered my questions in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable way. Once I'd decided on design and options, he quickly made a template and told me exactly when the finished panel would be ready. This morning he installed the panel. It's solid and strong - nice quality - and it looks beautiful! He even fixed a place on the door where it had been rubbing against the jamb. I'm really happy with the outcome. Call Joel if you are in the market for beautiful decorative-glass doors and windows.

Friendly, fast and very professional. First Class Custom Doors and Windows stands up to their name \First Class\ We wanted to get some natural light in our entry so we called for a estimate. The whole process from estimate through installation came off without a hitch. Last but not least the Door looks great. I highly recommend.
