Guard Fire Protection really came to the rescue this Saturday. We accidentally punctured a fire sprinkler pipe while trying to mount a tv and they were there to repair the problem the very next morning. James was very helpful in getting us a certified specialist at a reasonable price. Thank you!!

This past weekend we were debugging our irrigation system when the fire sprinkler alarm went on and would not go back off, even though there was no fire or flooding anywhere. I called Guard Fire Protection and the operator took my information. Within one minute George Robles called and stepped me through the instructions to stop the alarm. Even though the immediate problem was solved, I was uncomfortable going without an alarm for the rest of the weekend with wildfire threats everywhere, so George drove down from Orange County and replaced the defective module. He also pointed out some other parts of the sprinkler system that were showing signs of wear, but he clarified that they were not urgent. I appreciated the prompt, professional service from Guard Fire Protection and I would use them again.
