We are the victim of a fraudulent contractor and based on his deception and faulty work he was dismissed from our project. He returned the stone that we purchased to Marmol and they returned our money to him which he subsequently has stolen. Rafeal, the owner of Marmol, was contacted by our attorney and our designer and asked not to return the money to Travis Easton. Marmol did anyway and then sold our marble to another customer. Beware before doing any business with Marmol
Misleading sales information and the manager didnt want to take the responsibility after the mistake took place. Instead he tried to sell me another big piece of countertop that I would only need for a small section of backsplash. All sales tricks. I regret walking into that place and choosing to believe them. There are many shops to choose from on that blvd. Be wise
Marmol is always my first stop for natural stone. They are well run and knowledgeable, and thier pricing to the trade is fair.
