I had gotten my windows here since 8 years ago with Mr. Polo, but my last order was taken by a women called Daisy which gave me the worst service. I talked to her and told her what I wanted and she said she would give an estimate, 2 days passed and when I called her to give me the estimate she rudely said she was to busy. And couple days passed and I called her again and she said she would send it to me and she didn't. Today I called her again and she answered and still had the nerve to get upset and say she was to busy. I honestly don't know how this company is still working with that horrible service. They need to get rid of her because she dose not have good customer service. I highly recommend DJ windows and doors. There they send me the estimate the same day I asked for one. Note aside To Mr. Polo: once in a while check your employees. If they are given good customer service. Daisy needs to learn how to do her job right.
