dropped off my RV for body repair, got it back 9-weeks later!, they promised three weeks. No communication or weekly update on repair progress were provided, I had to call weekly and follow up constantly. They don't hold to dates and provide one excuse after another. Stay away from these liar's. Take your RV somewhere else. Buyer be where.

We used OCRV repair last year and were very happy with their communication, price and following the timely manner we needed things done. We were more than happy to return this year for annual maintance as well as a few upgrades. We have been working with Tony and Thomas and are so pleased with the updates we get from Thomas almost daily. Our experiences in the past with other companies were, they did the work before discussing cost with us and expecting us to pay. With OCRV they call for verification on the work and cost before doing anything and it has been a welcomed change. I highly recommend them for basic maintance as well as upgrades.

If you want it done right the first time, look no further! I had the team at OCRV repair a small fender bender and then give my RV an entire once over. They caught a few maintenance items that would have costed me big time later on. We then decided to update the solar and battery system, as well as some interior finishes. Everything was done on time and beyond my expectations!

I bought a 2003 Winnebago Rialta HD in April only to find after driving it home to Huntington Beach, CA that it had severe wheel well and other frame rust damage that was not disclosed to me. Mr. Art Ashley and his team took on the challenge which included removing half the interior of the Rialta and then custom fabricating two new wheel wells along with misc. frame rust repair. I HUGE job done right by the only people I believe capable of the task. OCRV has the talent, tools and facility to do anything. Thank you Art. Now I only hope the legal process will give me some relief from the very dishonest small dealer in Northern California that lied, misrepresented and sold me the RV.
