Cant apparently give them negative stars but i would. The company phone is always busy takes a couple of hours to get through. Have been charged penalties several times because they refuse to hire enough people to answer the phone. I just hope i dont have an accident because they never answer. Shopping for better insurance. Pray you never need this company. Oh yeah and their customer service sucks. They only want money they dont give a damn about their customers.

They sold me a policy for 4 cars at 469 a month with Alliance Insurance ... later they the second bill they sent me a bill with a different company called Robert Moreno Insurance for 602 a month these are con artist do not buy from here save yourself I'm planning on suing asap I'm going to have your licence revoked
