We had our banister replaced as part of a major remodel. Timing was critical - we had had a flood in our house and needed the banister replaced before the new flooring went in. Eric and crew were willing to fit us into their busy schedule and did a fantastic job! One part of our banister is curved. The initial metal rods they brought in weren't curved properly, so the crew generated new rods on the spot. They also built the curved wooden handrail. The final product is gorgeous, and is the showpiece of the house!

Eric, Scott, Johnny and the staff transformed my old, late 70’s stairs into a beautiful piece of artwork that we will gladly show off to our family and friends! The whole process of getting a quote, wheelin’ and dealin’ and agreeing on a final price was actually a good experience. Our stairs renovation wasn’t cheap by any means, but it was well worth every penny we paid. Every person who came to work during the various phases of construction and staining were all very friendly and professional. They went out of their way to make sure that their job was not interfering with my contractor and his crew’s job. Johnny, especially, was great! He kept us informed every step of the way and would give us courtesy calls or texts every day that their staff would be at our house. We cannot say enough about Eric Pike and his company. We absolutely love our stairs and would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!! Don’t go cheap with some mediocre company. The cost will be well worth it! Thanks, Eric and Company!!

We got bids from three companies in the area to re-do our stair rails. Not only did Pike have the best price, they also had the best ideas, as our job was a little challenging and needed a creative plan. The workers showed up at the scheduled times, were friendly and were very respectful of our home. They kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up after working. Best of all, the finished product is BEAUTIFUL - better than we even hoped for. We highly recommend them!!
