Hello All, Sorry for Bad English. My wife received work authorization so I thought I should get a social security number. I called first time in April where I was told to call back after a month because office is closed due to covid-19. Then I called almost every month till August. In July I was being advised to bring job offer letter with me to apply for social security. What a joke! They don't know some organizations ask for social security number when you apply for job. After so many calls they could not find my wife detail even two people had written everything in June. Last time, I called in September when the lady could not find the my wife's information and she advised me to wait for application form. Well, this time we received application form but When I called back after three weeks for appointment I was again advised to wait another two months. It I did not get appointment this time I will file complaint against them. One of the worst management! I wish I could give them 0 star

FIRE THESE PEOPLE! These people are paid to do NOTHING! Never answer the phone, cannot apply online, the drop box for mail at the location is INSIDE THE LOCKED BUILDING, so the only option is to mail them all my applications, documents, with all my sensitive information.

The lady at Window five she’s Amazing I got here at 11:15 I was out by 1130 they are fast the security guards are amazing they are sweet and nice they help you to make sure that you can hear your number or your name when you are called I want to give a shout out to security guard Mike he was very helpful and making sure my son was OK while I was at the window this office is literally the best somebody can ever come to If I could give them 10 stars I would
