If I could give them zero stars I would! They had us waiting outside in 80 weather for damn near 2 hours to take us to the airport....they NEVER showed up.....they ended up sending a independent shuttle PREFERRED EXPRESS SIGHTSEEING! Super sweet guy Numan is his name!

My family and I were going to drive to Universal Studios Hollywood. After finding it was 45 min. from our hotel next to Disneyland with good traffic, we decided to pay the extra to catch the Gray Line Tour. No regrets! Our driver, Charles was to best! He knew a lot of history and would explain facts, buildings, and parts of the city as we went. He has a great sense of humor and told jokes along the way. It was so enjoyable & he was very safe in the high traffic areas! I believe, he said he'd driven for 12 years! He even took a detour on the way home to save us time getting back. The traffic is wild, and there is no way we would have been happy driving. It was great catching the bus right next to our hotel! When I come back to visit I'll see if Charles is available to guide us!

Horrible experience today, we've never had a problem before however they must've had their \A team\ in this morning. First off we were an hour early coming into LA and was at the curb pick up at least 30min before the first bus which was to arrive at 740am at its first pick up. We saw a Disneyland Express Bus drive past us with a few people sitting in the front at 750am. We called the office to find out what was going on and they said that the first bus at 740 broke down and that another would be on it's way in 10min. Both lies, sad to say that they were also unwilling to make it right as well. They stuck to their lie and didn't offer any compensation for us waiting close to two hours for our pick up. A few other families that got on after us told the driver that they were waiting for two hours as well and saw the other bus drive past them. The driver that showed up later at 840 am was honest and said that there was a bus ahead of him. I appreciated his honesty. Own up to your faults and offer ways to fix the problem, don't LIE Stephanie you just made yourself, your boss, and company look incompetent. The driver that took us to our hotel had to deal with upset customers but handled himself well and was very professional. Not doing this again and not recommending this service anymore. I would suggest that Disney look for another contract service to offer better, reliable, and \HONEST\ shuttle service to their customers. If indeed Disney has some sort of contract partnership with gray line. Sounds like a bit of over reaction on my part but i can't stand being lied to, it's a horrible thing to see customer service be so poor now days.

My experience with Charles was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable and made the driving experience worth while. He was very professional and courteous. I would recommend using this service whenever you need to travel and ask for Charles. Couldn't find a better driver.
