Every time I call Bob at J. Morey he greets me cheerfully. He remembers who I am, and asks about my family and personal life. All of this in spite of the limited communication we have had over the years. He is also very helpful and takes care of our requests in a timely fashion. I had considered switching agents because I recently moved 300 miles away, but in light of this excellent service from Bob, we will not be switching insurance agents!

Bob Delivers! He has a good telephone presence and is able to understand the customer's needs. We just purchased earthquake insurance policies for two units through J. Morey. I thought it would require additional time however Bob was able to secure/write the policies within 24 hours and called me to let me know the policies were in effect. We have multiple policies with J.Morey. The SAFECO web site allows us access and management or our policies 24 hours per day. We can email J. Morey with our questions and will receive a response within a short time either verbally or an email.

Anybody who doesn't rate The J. Morey Company at 5 stars has not dealt with other insurance agents. I have been using them since the mid 1970's when I could walk to their downtown office from my office on Broadway. I'd guess that a number of their current employees weren't even born when they wrote my first policy. I will never change agents. I highly recommend them to anyone who asks me about insurance. All of my family members use them. If they can't get it for you, you don't need it.
