Nothing but good things to say about this program and the people that are there. Kyle is the man. He is there to help you succeed. Him and the instructors for practical skills know what they're doing, but most importantly, know why they're doing it. Also, with the amount of information you need to not only read, but understand, it takes a degree of self-guidance to get through this bc it can get tough at times but no matter what, if you have questions they are there to guide you to the answer. Don't be afraid to dive right in and ask for help because the answer is always going to be no unless you ask. Really enjoyed my time here and am beyond grateful for their help.

Customer service is extremely rude, they say to teach you how to help people but they are definitely not helping you. Especially with payment plans. At the end I decided to choose another school which was cheaper with faster courses.

West Coast EMT is a great place to get your required credentials. i.e. BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc. User friendly website. Reasonably priced. Confidently located near Angel Stadium. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I completed the full-time EMT course with WestCoast 10/9, and I had a great time. My instructor was Kyle F and he was everything a student could ask for in an instructor! He was super knowledgable and always made sure to answer all the questions other students and myself and I had. Further, the skills instructors were always applying skills to real-world EMS. If you study and listen to the advice given to you by the instructors you are set up for success! I just passed my NREMT 10 days after I finished the course, thanks WestCoast!
