Our table was damaged during shipping. I contacted my Salesperson in Mid December but never heard back. I just emailed the company today to try to get a response. Update: Received a response and I'm being told I will get a new table in 4 weeks.

This is my 3rd experience with Zenpatio and totally satisfied again. This time was a bigger order and Diana really helped me in deciding/pricing what I needed. They even held my order for 6 weeks until I was ready to receive it. I’m in Arizona and Zen sent their own truck and the driver unloaded and set up everything (I helped him a little bit lol). Love the product, couldn’t get better service plus I don’t think you will find better pricing.
