This company failed me from the start brand new house should’ve had a one-year warranty. This concrete company made three unconventional attempts to remedy the problems of my driveway when they should have tore it out and replaced it. Upon removal of the driveway paid for with my own funds it was brought to my attention that the driveway was not poured up to code less than 4 inches, Wire mesh laying in the bottom not encased in the concrete. This company did everything in its power to not replace the driveway. When they did replace it at a cost of 6000 it cracked in several places. After having them come out to remedy the problem again it cracked. Also they had to walk over cracked driveway to redo the part they did which is now cracked again and left the other part of the driveway still cracked. I recommend that you do not use this company. I hope the city of Cedar Rapids is not using them with our tax dollars that should upset a lot of people!!!!!!!

This company sold my fiance and I a condo. The remedy requests were never fulfilled even after we messaged the contractor in charge for the 1 year guarantee. Dont use this company.

Our cement pitted within the first year of install. They corrected one small portion, but wouldn’t honor the warranty and fix the rest of the driveway. What they “fixed” also pitted within the first year. Terrible customer service and poor quality of work.

Poured the concrete in our garage for our new house and the control joints were not cut until after the small cracks had spread all over the garage. ***Followup*** about 9 months later i requested a warranty that they honored and re-poured the whole garage.
