First time here and my experience was good. I had 2pm appointment, so I checked in at 1:30pm got door at 1:50pm and loaded by 2:40pm. Check in with your pickup number and they will call u once they an open dock for u. Easy straight back and overnight parking available also portable washroom by the shipping office. In and out just in 1.5 hours

Was there 9 am , got a dock at 10 , started loading at 1 pm , done At 2:15 pm , a waist of time . The old lady was happy to get questions about time , she said I was pushing , so I told her to retire or change job instead .

Forget your appointment. This place don’t respect your appointment time & no customer service. Employees are slow as turtle & don’t seem to care about their job. This place is not worth your time. Drivers please avoid hauling their products if you can. Enough is enough until they put their house in order.

I waited 1.5 hours after backing into dock to get a red light even though no one else was in a dock near me. Check in lady was very nice. For my pick up i needed to drive around the block because of the median on cantaberry. :/
