Was recommended A Security by a friend. Scheduled an appointment for a safety film to be installed. They canceled that day and reschedule for the next. Next day the appointment was canceled because the supplies needed for my specific window job were damaged. We reschedule for another day and time. I went to the house for the rescheduled day and time and no one showed. I left a message when no one answered at their office. About an hour later someone called me from a completely different company and asked when he could come and apply the safety film to the window. I had been passed off to another company without so much as a phone call from A security. Definitely not the professionalism I would expect from a local company. *Update. Changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I was appropriately compensated for the time wasted. The person from the other company who came out to do the job was timely, efficient, and professional. The owner of A was willing to listen to my side of the story and didn't just 'write me off' as just an unhappy costumer.
Very difficult to get anything done with this company. We use them at my work place and anytime we call we do not get a call back. I've sent in information several times to update contact information and 2 years later they still haven't fixed it. Our alarm was having technical issues and I've called 3 times since Friday and haven't gotten a call back to set up an appointment.

A plus security is fantastic! We tried to get a system with guardian, but after two months of dealing with them, we still did not have a system. We called A Plus Security, they gave us better rates and had a new system installed within a week. Great company and great service!
