I appreciate the attention and professional advice that they provide with their classes. You will get to know your personal trainer and of course there will be favorites because they all will try their best to accommodate your specific needs. I love the sauna to relax and cleanse my body inside and out.

Selection of equipment is good, and it is in good condition. People, both staff and other members, are pleasant and nice to be around. The towel service is a nice touch. The number and variety of classes is good for those who wish to participate. We are quite happy with our membership here, and we have been members of many other gyms. We chose this one for proximity to where we live and work, plus the amenities. The experience has been a good one and keeps getting better.

Equipment is always in working order and cleaned frequently. Staff is very polite and friendly. The owner is serious about her business and is always open to suggestions/any concerns. She's a very nice person.

Only joined today but so far so good. I was presently surprised to see others actually cleaning their equipment between work outs and putting back weights. The staff is friendly enough and the majority of equipment is in good working order. Love that there's free classes, a sauna and steam room. Not enthusiastic about have to pay extra for tanning and parking is a pain. Otherwise I look forward to future visits.
