Wow the Alaska Fur Gallery has the best furs and the best customer service. The associates at the store are so knowledgeable and so nice. I always get a great deal and the best furs with them.

Very kind staff, Tess was very helpful. Owner(pink lipstick) was kind and generous. We made several visits to the store and finally decided on 2 items which she lowered in price for me. Pleased with my purchase. Thank you all the way from Maryland!!

My uncle is a native and was showing is all downtown. He wanted to buy a hat to keep him warm during the winter at the shipyards. I will admit that we weren't dressed well and yes there was four of us but it wasn't but 2 minutes and she called for customer service. I've been in retail enough years to know they thought we were thieves. That said the products were gorgeous with amazing stitching I bought a scarf and I love it, will go back again and hope they get better at readi g people!

Not one to waste my on furs but I see one of the staff on a fairly regular basis and she is very friendly. At the size looking through Windows they have a large selection. I have never been in the door, but window display is great.

Very happy with the product, but very poor communication from the company. Could have been easily resolved, but it took weeks to finally reach someone. At the end of the day, I got my order and it's great.
