The dispatchers don't care about the drivers or the customers: that's a problem in the cab business. I had to call them 5 times before a cab showed. The dispatchers kept saying \it's less than 4 minutes away.\ When the last dispatcher actually checked on my ride, it showed it was \Complete.\ Nobody was on the way. Sorry about that, sir. When the driver did arrive, he had my name correct but the wrong destination address. This wasn't the drivers fault: this whole disaster was on the dispatchers. Use with caution and when you have plenty of time to wait and to be late.

I have use them from the airport they are normally good. But called to schedule an early morning pickup to the airport, (they showed up an hour early as seen on my security camera) and said I was a no show. had to get a ride from an app company, I tried.
I was apprehensive about calling Alaska Yellow Cab after reading reviews but I needed a taxi and called anyway. I'm happy I did! Starting from the call I made to dispatch to the end of my two separate rides they were courteous, on-time, clean, friendly and efficient with the credit or cash option machine at my fingertips. I happily give Alaska Yellow Dispatch 5 stars and hope this review will help others make a call to them also without hesitation. Good job!
Called them three different times and was told each time a driver was on his way to my location. I missed an appointment waiting and the driver never showed. Crazy too because they never have a problem getting here when my female roommates call.
My grandmother has to use a Walker, this driver named Izmet Ramani, tried dropping us off at a footpath she couldn't get down, and to make it worse, a guy that had to use crutches tried catching him, he just kept pulling away further and further, this driver REALLY needs to be more accommodating to people
