Have had multiple issues and each time have attempted to resolved. None of our issues have ever been resolved due to being in hold for 30 minutes, never getting a response after filing a complaint, or the simple neglegance in refusing to service a machine which is a known fire hazard. All issues reported by multiple sources, not just my opinion. Terrible. Just terrible quality products, service, and customer service.
