Had numerous problems with a 10,000 cabinet order. BMS was not responsive to the issues because they apparently have no one on staff to handle warranty issues. Ended up fixing 3 of the major carpentry problems with the order myself. If you order something from BMS, be aware that they do NOT stand by their products after the sale.
