Gracious and caring management that have worked hard to provide the proper staff for my mom. Our current caregiver is like part of the family both skilled and dedicated. They have worked with us to make sure that in the event we need a substitute caregiver, our replacement options are familiar with my mothers needs and she is comfortable with them.

Our Comfort Keepers caregivers are gems. They have been with my Dad for several months and we are grateful to Shannon, Princess, and Cathy, for their dedication and commitment. They prepare delicious and fresh food, keep the plants alive, keep the home clean, and have established a great rapport with him. They go grocery shopping, make doctor’s appointments, and pick up medications seamlessly. I live abroad and am so grateful to have caregivers I trust who go the extra mile – many thanks to these beautiful women. My one concern with Comfort Keepers is that the office is sluggish about billing the insurance company and the bills they submit are often completed incorrectly, so I spend a lot of time following up.
