Hard to rate a marking meter. The one I parked at worked. And I beat the clock and got back in time to not get ticketed . Nothin to report really.

The customer service has been very poor when feedback is attempted to be given. I had technician downtown swapping out equipment at a place of business and he received a ticket. He called to give them feedback on the area in which he was parked and how the pay to park signage wasn't very clear and the response from the customer service representative was \ You should know that there is no free parking downtown\. I sure hope that when the community is trying to give feedback that they would listen and be better to deal with. I haven't been impressed with them ever.
