I called about a warranty part that was clearly covered, and their response was we dont know you will have to call kubota , I asked for the number to kubota warranty the guy says i dont know why dont you google it and hung up. I was stuck buying the parts and repairing the machine myself. Complete Garbage...

Purchased a 2017 SVL 95 and was told the insurance they sell you is prorated. The policy is not prorated and you lose 1/2 of the prepaid 4 year policy the first year. Don't fall for their 4 year interest free scam.
