Hair Science is a great community business in Anchorage. Highly recommend. Shawn doesn't just teach his employee-students to cut hair; they learn a vocation, and how to be businessmen and businesswomen with strong character. And they give a pretty good haircut while they're at it.

This shop is on point. All the barbers are very well dressed, neat, and clean. The customer service is great and they take care of you. To start you off they give you a wash included in your visit and do their best to give you exactly what you are looking for. I was very happy with the outcome. These guys have their system down to a science!

You can't get a better professional and affordable haircut in Anchorage. This is a community oriented small business. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly, and they'll offer you refreshments while you wait. Very affordable for individuals and families, especially in terms of the quality of the hair, which is the same amount or less than other places I'vevisted over the years. You'll be treated by a professional barber who loves what they do and so pays close attention to the little details that other barbershops might miss.
