The negative comments left by others pretty much sums up my experience too. There is nothing I can add that hasn't already been stated by the others. It's rather unfortunate that an institution supposedly created to help the people from corporate abuse pretty much lays in the same bed with corporations and looks out for them.

My experience with this agency was abhorrent. I’m sure they will state that it’s only because I didn’t get the results I wanted. Let me place out there a few items that are inconsistent with that theory. 1.) another government agency was doing a simultaneous investigation and Was presented evidence the opposite that this agencies findjngs were. The other agencies investigator however actually asked questions and challenged statements.. 2.) they did not even read the information and evidence I sent to them. When closing the case and telling me their was no bias, I asked how they felt that could be the case when I had an audio recording of my employer admitting they were bias and that they would seek a third party to oversee the incident. The investigator had no idea I had the audio recording and asked why I hadn’t submitted it. I explained transcript if it was in my narrative and and just like the video footage they never asked to see, both were listed as available upon request. Which they were closing the case and never requested any of it. Because they never read anything I did send them. 3.) the place is a Mockery. Talking to one of my ex co-workers I was told that they had an interview with them once. It was telephonic and during work hours. With a complaint against the employer. But they are doing a telephonic interview during work hours with an Employee. What could be wrong with that? The employee was in the managers office with the phone on speaker and the manager told the employee what to say. I could continue but whats the point? People go to this agency during a very trying time of their lives. This agency often times is a victims last hope or only hope and to then not even be given the courtesy or respect to listen to the accusation is beyond frustration.

What an absolute horrid joke this so called \government agency\ is! I was judged by some bitter feminist within 2 minutes of my \interview\ and already guilty, there is a high culture of misandry practiced here! Total failure for my tax dollar. Oil companies are allowed to discriminate against anyone they choose, this is just another bought and paid for \agency\. Trust me, your best interest is their least concern! As you can see by the response ... proves my point!
